So my computer got a virus and I had to reinstall windows, thereby deleting all the music I had on my computer. I still have an ipod full of music. How do I get my music from my ipod to the computer. Do not say iDump, because it doesn't work. I've tried.

You'll need to sync your iPod to your iTunes account:

If you already have an itunes in your PC just connect your ipod using the usb connector to your PC then synchronize your ipod to your itunes library. When you connect your ipod to your PC, Itunes always ask if you want to synchronize your PC/itunes library to your ipod if you do so it will automatically copy all your music from ipod to your pc. I hope my response can help you.
