A passenger sued Southwest airline for change policy

Southwest airline was in a bit trouble right now, since a passenger sounded his discontent against Southwest change its policy on the beverage reward he suppose to get on his business select class. This passenger sued Southwest owed him 45 alcoholic drinks, since he already purchased a certificate that Southwest promised him for beverage drinks reward on his business class. Now, Southwest just changed its policy and dishonor such certificate. It is more like you purchased a gift certificate from a store, and all of the sudden, the store won't honor this gift certificate. What do you think of it?
