Here is my question regarding to most businesses operation and their motto. Most businesses with their mission statement is to helping customers and serve the best they can, but in reality, they just trying to convince the customer to spend more and more on their own money. Would this build a trusty relationship, or would it go against the current? If in opposite, you as a manager, or a general staff in a business, you would like to help customers to save money; as you know, nowadays most customers are penny - pinchers, and they would like to save money anyway they can. So, if you can help or provide any help to customers to save their money, would this build up the loyalty of them, and give them this trusty vibe? If you are a customers, would you revisit this business again?

good day kingparker, with regard to your last statement, if i will be a customer in that particular business, i will say that i will gonna visit again that store since i can get an idea on how to save money. though i will not exclude the fact that in giving their ideas there is a corresponding amount to be given to them maybe as payment or a service in return to what they have shared. and with reference to loyalty, perhaps, it can somehow build a trust and loyalty to customers and clients since their business motto is to help other people in saving their money. thus, if the business store will share secrets on this area, for sure, they will gonna win the hearts of their customers and will truly build these traits - trust and loyalty -.

It would give the good impression on the customer and if I am the customer I would revisit that business again. In our locality some shop owners sales products at less than the printed amount and we generally buy most from them. The shopping malls gives discounts on the products which are hard to sale by or they are out dated.

In theory, the concept may sound like a good way for businesses to build up loyalty from customers, but in reality, it seldom operate in that way it intended, most of the time, businesses are trying hard to make customers spend more money than save them money, these are mostly for promotional purposes.
