Anyone tried ViewCount

I seems cool, earn by view youtube vidoe. However, it require Window .Net! As a result, i did not try it yet! Anyone tried it can give me some comment ? Thank you!

I am not really sure about what site you're talking about. Already searched for "viewcount" but it doesn't give any satisfying result. So, what's the site's name? And also, I am not really sure why it requires .Net framework.. Do they require you to download some kind of software first? Just be careful with things that you download and install, anyway..
