Oblivious is Sign of Senescent?

Good Evening friend, do you consider yourself much elder than your age if you always forgotten, I also occurs to me because when i leave i always forgot one of my material, Sometime, i've thinking that it's a sign of elder and forced my self to remember all the important that i used, but still i'd always forgotten, what can i do to less my Oblivious or is it illness or is it Senescent?
