Simple Things Means a Lot!

Simple things are those things which are not so complicated in nature. Easy the common words to say.
I just remembered simple things that made me happy and so excited about. just like what i said to my previous discussions my hubby makes me feel good and special.
One thing that i do and first of a kind for him (since we are not a sweet couple) i give him a card and to my surprise he posted it on one of the social networking sites saying "simple things means a lot, my first husband's card"[b][/b]. Geee that was my first ever card i give to him. we usually write a letter and still do snail mail. I love to read it over again and again but never know that his birthday card was first ever that i sent to him as my husband.
My dear myLotters, do you still doing the snail mail thing to your love ones? when was the time that you give your first husband/wifey card? What did they do? Happy Lotting!

We haven't done the nail mail thing in awhile. The last time that we got each other cards was on our anniversary. I know I was really excited about mine it did make me feel special. I have it on our book case in the dining room. He was happy to get his as well.

So does your husband work over seas? That was really nice that you bought a card for him. I'm sure that he appreciates that you are thinking of him. It is good for us to do these types of things for our spouse. It shows that even though we are very busy with all that needs to be done we still have taken time out to show them we care.

yes he does work overseas. that's why he is far from us. I do received from card also from him and all the deepest word from our mother tongue he use to express his love and appreciation to me. so even its just a card it matters most and feelings was express deeply. Care is shown and done even we are far from each other.

I'm sure that you do feel appreciated when he sends you cards. I know it would mean a lot to me if my husband was overseas. It would be really hard for me to handle him being so far away. How do you make it through such times?

Its good to know that you still write a letter to your ex. Maybe if no other parties involve why you are ex right now there is a probability that you both can still make it. . Hope for the best... And waiting for the cute reply... Ü

Hi mm, I have don't have a husband, but I do know that in life
simple and small doings mean so much in a relationship or family.
If people would learn to appreciate what they have instead of
what they don't have life would be a lot better..
You don't need a lot of money to be able to enjoy life..Life is
very simply what you make it...Because he had notreceived a card
from his wife before that will probably be something he will
always remember.
Enjoy the simple times with your husband and be happy...

bjc my appreciation. money can make the world go round. but simple things work better before it will be great. single steps is done to accomplished more, that's why simple things are the beginning of a big act of love.

I'm never did it before since I'm single.
But, my boyfriend had done it for me. Whenever I had birthday, he acted as know nothing and don't care about it. Then, several days later, he acted as being so angry with me that make feel so upset. Hahaha, what happen the next was a surprise, he gave me a present which showing his care and love for me. Little things will means more worth whenever it is given by someone who never didn't it before.
Surprise is really great present, no matter how much its quantity and quality.

i also do believe that Quality is best rather than quantity. Surprise helps palpitate our hearts for a better reason. And i am so excited also to experiences surprises. Most of the time to my better half and my friends i am the one who give surprises.

I have to agree with you, it is the simple or little things that mean a lot. A touch, a look and a card with a heart felt message sent through the mail are all very special. When someone takes the time to let you know they are thinking about you and they care about you, it gives you the strength to keep going. We were all put here to love one another. It's so great that you and your husband have found that special way to communicate to keep your love alive.

yup i am thankful that we do have similar ways to see how special we are to each other and by that we are happy and keeping the relationship moving better and better in each passing day.
