keeping the inventory of everything

One of my friend has organised his all owning. Therefore, he loses nothing. He keeps his all commodities inventory on his notebook. Do you think it is normal?

We are all weird in some ways. No harm is done, unless it huts someone else. I am the opposite and I cannot seem to keep track of anything. That´s as normal as your example, I suppose. I find the things I´m looking for when I don´t need them anymore. some of them, I never find as I have thrown it away thinking that I won´t need them.

There is nothing wrong with inventory. I don't have a lot of assets to do such inventory. But,I do put a number for my dvd collections...for easy counting.

For some people, this is a normal thing to do. It's actually a good practice to keep a record of your assets, as well as your liabilities. Some prefer having a notebook or a ledger, others use their laptops. I myself keep a record of my stuff although not that detailed as an inventory.
