Why my Anti-viral Device behaves in such a way?

I am facing a problem with my Anti-viral Device while working on with donkeymails.com. Whenever I log in it and start clicking, in most of the occasions my Anti-viral Device blocks the site which I cannot open by any means and my clicking is not counted as valid and there is no chance of earning. I click on the message displayed under such circumstances by my Anti-viral Device but without any positive result and I cannot get any access to the site. Surprisingly, in case of other PTC sites when I click on the same site which is blocked by my Anti-viral Device while working on with donkeymails, I never encounter any such denial of access. So you can easily guess how difficult the situation is for me to continue to work on with donkeymails. Unless I can get rid of this problem, I will have no other option but to quit donkeymails. Can anyone suggest any remedy for it? In this context, I like to mention that I use Kaspersky Internet Security as the Anti-viral Device for my computer.

In some of the anti virus software there is an option under firewall which allows the user to block or unblock a particular site for example 'E-Scan' antivirus I was using had that option and I could permit certain sites blocked by the software. I am not sure whether caspersky has that option, I have never used it. Some option should be there somewhere you will have to go deep into it.
