I got my car fixed finally, they have to aware customer satisfaction

If you read my previous post, I went to 2 different mechanics, and they all told me the same. Although my radiator is brand new, it is definitely leaking no doubt. That worries me, I remember last time I brought back to Merlin who installed the new radiator for me, they denied the leaking defects. On last Saturday, I gone through the last resort, I found their main webpage, and find out their corporate office number in Michigan, after 20 minutes waiting, I finally spoke to the upper level person, and file a complaint about this event. I also sent them a complaint letter to report such incident. On Monday noon time, they finally called me back, and want to apologize such inconvenience, and they want me to come by and replace a new radiator for me. Well, after work, I swing by, and they finally put a new radiator, and hopefully it doesn't leak. I told their store manager, as long as you fix the problem, I will still come around for your business. That is customer satisfaction.

I am lad to hear that you got it replaced. But it is a shame that you had to go to the top to complain about it in order to get it replaced. But, like they say, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Good luck.

Well one thing I learn, it is useless to talk to those clowns. You have to get the attention on the top level, and you have to let them know as a customer, with these frustration you been through. Oh well, nicely, they act fast, and called me the next day to apologize and fix this problem. I am glad.

oh really hard to live with no car, here our car still for maintenance and its hard to do any thing with no car, taxis are so high and rude, its better to have cars. lucky, i like our car wish to have it soon with us , so we plan to go everwhere.

Its good that you got your radiator replaced and had not paid anything more.Its good that they had responded and now they have a customer and have not lost on.Hope the replaced one is working fine.
