Traffic exchange for Redgage?

Hey all,
I just read somewhere that through traffic exchange sites, one can bring in more traffic to the RG site? Is it true? But more importantly, does RG allow that? Please tell me. The person suggested me to use easyhits4u to gain traffic. Please tell me if that's safe to do. I really need some traffic going there.

I got the link and joined but did not get any idea how to make a single cent from that program.

I don't know what you are talking about and which link. Are you saying that you got the RG link? But I remember you had said that you were a member of the site for sometime now and that you were not earning good on that? Or did I hear someone else?
