I'm like that often before exams, this tension is always so annoying and unberable that I also end up tossing and turning and only sleeping 2 hours in the end and then going to take exam nearly zombified lol but yeah me too I think a lot then, so I try not too, I pull my covers all the way up to the head and tuck it in on all sides, it helps, cause you get warm and wrmthness makes you aspleep, so then eventually I can manage to sleep or sometimes I drink a glass of milk and do as I said before and usually I succeed though byb the time I have to wake up its usually too late, but yeah those are my 'methods' to fall asleep.

uh that can be very annoiyng, that's why I always wake up 2 hours before I have to, cause even with that timespan most of time I still end up late and its a very bad habit I have to stop. but why you wake up so late, don't u have alarm clock set to wake you up, or you just add 15 minutes to it a few times? like me lol

Look, will surely be a coincidence, but today, I opened a discussion on the fact of taking an hour off every day after lunch.
I must admit that I can afford this rest because I have the misfortune to be still unemployed. I fully understand that for a person who works, it lacks its own time material in order to sleep.
Maybe as a recommendation, I can tell you to rest a little more in the days of holiday, or if maybe you have two hours free, try a little lie down on the bed.

The problem I work straight 7 days a week. No tendency to get an off for a week. I am tired with my job. After I finish my contract I will look another company that will give me off every week. Although I am compensated with my off days but still I need rest.

Hi!
You need to listen to soft very soft music or you could read an interesting book, when you want to sleep.
Watching TV or movies or mylotting will distract your attention and will hamper the process of your sleep.
Take it easy if it takes time for you to go into deep slumber.
If you are awake keeping counting from one to one thousand.
All the best.

Why don't you take a lot of sleeping pills? No I'm just joking. You know there are really times wherein we find it hard to sleep even its already very late. Normally a lot of factors contribute to that problem. It might be that your family are talking about you, or thinking about you, perhaps there's a little problem back home, or maybe there's something about your job that bothers you. Whatever the reason, I think eating less before going to sleep or drinking a lot of water aside from listening to music or watching TV or movies could help you have a good night sleep. God bless you my friend!

I would just try to lay down and relax, and maybe you will fall asleep. Or maybe play some relaxing music and see if that helps.

Hi julyteen: My advice would be, eat something that makes you feel comfortable like for example, hot chocolate. Go to your bed and think about something that makes you feel relaxed. Fix your mind into that image and don't do anything else. Sooner or later you will be asleep

It is not that easy. Maybe make yourself some nice hot tea, maybe a little bit of milk and cookies. Then watch TV for a little. Or take a walk and burn some energy then lay down in bed and relax. I hope something helps.
