Verizon would start to charge those "convenient payment" fee of $2.00 extra if the subscriber payment through phone, or online with their credit cards or debit cards. Such charges just unjustified with the customers, and people are starting to protest against it online. Through a website of change.org, Someone gather 95,000 supporters to sign against Verizon "convenient fee", and finally, such impact influence this mobile service company to change its plan, and waive the "convenient fees" all together. As I say before, do not ignore the influence of these social media, and people's voice can be heard throughout the internet. It totally change the landscape of how businesses running, operating, because customers have the rights to voice their dissatisfaction.
