I always have these complaint against T - Mobile recent policy to allow access to internet even though their customers don't even want to sign up any data access plan. The cost will be $1.99 per megabyte usage. A co - worker of mine actually got charge for 3 megabyte usage, and a unknown charge of $9.99. From a call and dispute to their customer service, he found out that $9.99 was some sort of subscription fee from online, and they can refund that to him. Also, about the web accessibility feature, they can put a block on the phone, and also refund that charge to him. They are much nicer this time when we talking to them. I hope that they can keep up a good service and be helpful to our customers. Last time, I just felt so pis*sed while I disputed with this particular representative on the phone. They should do better than that.

With every service provider trying to get ridiculously aggressive or should I say shameless in thrusting services on users, it gets obnoxious. I don't understand how mean can they go, pushing it down customers' throats without interest or application. I for one have resisted such nasty promotion. Fortunately for your people though that they are considerate!! How considerate we consumers have gone-just think of it. We have come to a stage of appreciating them for doing what they should simply be doing: adopt fair marketing and promotion commensurate with customer needs.
