Sometimes man undergoes different phases of mood. Perhaps he is subjective to high tides and long tides or for new moon and full moon. At times he feels persistent sad, anxious, or feels a strong sense of being "empty". He feels a sense of loss of interest in persons and activities, and simply gets irritated without reason. He may begin to cry suddenly and strongly feel emotional. The restlessness maakes him unstable. He may even feel a sense of guilt. The feelings of being worthless may crush him down. He may simply feel as useless and may not find anyone nearby to sustain him. A sense of pessimism may make him burst out lodly. He may not enjoy sleep during night and during the day may feel drowsy. He may eat excessively and show his nevousness in many ways. he may always dwel in his past and repeat often that the past was gold and the present is worst, therefore he feels lost. such kind of man suffers depression acutely. If one looks into his background or past history, this depression may be an outburst of being not recognized for his worth and talents. Upon this world, not everyone with talents gets recognition. Some acquire name fame, reputation and popularity even without talents. Often wrong persons have been elevated for responsible taske and the leaders with real talents are not considered. But those who know some basics of human psychology are called to practice some justice of paying due recognition to every person. We should not consider the persons for what they have, but we must consider every person as our associate.
