I saw a doctor talking on TV saying that if you want to lose fat around the tummy you do have to do some exercises as normal but there are two layers of fatthe inner layer is not affected by normal exercisers you have to exercise that by pulling in the tummy a little like pelvic exercisers, you can do this while doing everything even when walking or at the computer...

Well you first have to do some cardio which is running or joking in place or something like that or power walking and you can this in your neighborhood or around your hosue of course. You can then do sit ups after that and you should do around 100 sit ups a day. Do some jumping jacks and maybe some knee raises and things like that. I even exercise when im in the shower when i can get in some time and i will do twists with my arms down by my side of course and i will do some knee raises as high as i can in the shower and i can that while washing my hair or something. Its easier to get it done in the shower because i have time to do it then. I would like to start walking around the block when i can to and when the weather is nice out and not hot. Well thats some ideas of what you can do and enjoy yourself of course.

Thanks. I already do lots of walking and have just started running with my partner every two days, I do a few sit ups a day already so I'll try to start doing 100 a day. Exercising in the shower is a great idea! Its probably the only time that I get time to myself too.
