Meal that causing sleeping disorder

I observed that eating or drinking some kind of food or drink will affect our sleeping condition at night. If we always take certain kind of food in the afternoon, it will make us difficult to sleep at night. I have observed if I drink cup of tea or coffee really hard to get sleep , or if I take chocolate in the afternoon. Some says packed meat like sausage is also influence in our sleeping disorder..However, I think most of us also will have insomnia because other things like too much to think or many disruption etc..besides those kind of meal..what do you think? What kind of meal you think can affect to sleeping disorder?

hi, in my observation when i eat meat or even to drink sodas and coca colas drink will really makes me hard to sleep my sleep,i just cant fall asleep for an hour,so in the evening before i go to sleep i will avoid to eat meat and drink sodas and coca colas.

only hard and sumptous meals make you go to sleep and makes yourself real tired because it has high proteins and its not good to eat a lot during afternoon time.so we have to stick to the limits

I think it is a good idea to not eat anything before going to bed but then we run the risk of not being able to sleep because we have a rumbling tummy, so I stay away from most foods ecept maybe a slice of toast, I feel is ok.

Those food which contains caffeine such as tea, coffee, sodas, and chocolates can really cause insomnia that is why I try to avoid it especially when I am about to sleep. So I suggest that you avoid food which contains caffeine in them.
