How to improve my memory what I read

I think reading things out loud sometimes helps me remember more rather then just reading in your head.

Thanks to start the dicussion I also need some suggestion to improve the memory my memory is loosing day by day.

I also have some problems memorizing. But, I try my best to memorize. First you have to convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will imrpove. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names, that numbers just slop out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts and vow to improve your memory. Celebrate even little achievements to keep yourself motivated.
