the fact that its such a high amount you have to reach to be paid is an indicator that its a scam. i joined the yougov panel, which seemed to me like a respectable organisation, but they had a minimum pay out of £50, and you got something like 50p per survey, and then once i had reached a significant amount, they just stopped sending me surveys. and that's most likely what would happen here too, once you got any where close to getting a payment they would just stop sending you surveys. people who have used toluna say they get paid, but that's not a recommendation, its just i would be very careful.

That seems like a scam. No website can pay yoy $14 unless you are doing some research work or other projects. The minimum balance is also too high.
