food very essential for good health

i like in food rice, but now due to some problem it not good for me, what kind food you like.

I mostly like food which are a bit spicy or hot. Maybe some exotic foods too. I get really bored with all the trash food around. But it's really no big deal to me, it's all about survival to me, I'd probably try to eat anything when food is scarce. hehe.
