A group of friends are getting together this weekend and a lot of us ladies are watching what we eat. It is one of those things where we sit around play games and eat finger foods all night. I want to take something where we don't have to feel deprived and I don't want to feel guilty the next day. Any ideas out there of something fun and tasty?

Celery, carrot and cauliflower munchies are wonderful. The bad thing is usually the dip on the side so I make a dip with light yoghourt or light cottage cheese, minced chives or seet pepper, a bit of soya sauce or Worcestershire sauce.

Try substitutes like not far milk instead of regular. If you have a food processor sorbets are pretty good.

Carrot sticks and baby sweetcorn with a yoghurt dip...mix a little chilli powder into the yoghurt if wished, or a little chopped fresh mint. Dry toast fingers with a tomato and cucumber salsa dip.

I think crispy eggplant and french fries are also healthy snacks..Cut the eggplant in thin slices then fry the eggplant with breading and it will be crispy. You can also try potato chips and try to make potato soup. It really taste good and hope you will enjoy it.. Hmm..I think cream dory fish is also good.. Fried it with breading and it will be like a crispy snack..
