How often do you change your eye make up?

I know you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months. But what do you for blush, eye shadow, eye liner, cover up, etc.?
Is it as often as mascara? If so, why is that?
I'm an amateur model and am often called to shoots, and bring my own make up because I don't know if (1) there is a make up artist (2) I usually do my own make up.

It's funny that your discussion came up because I heard a story about this subject earlier today. I think I remember the answers, but I'd look online to be sure.
Mascara and liquid foundation are every three months. I'd also include liquid eyeliners, but to me, it's similar to mascara.
Powder foundation, powder eye shadow, blushes can be used up to a year.
It was suggested to replace makeup applicators after every use.
With rules like that, I see why more women DON'T wear make up!

I have always thought to myself, what are they putting in our makeup that requires so many changes?

Actually, it's not so much that's being put INTO the makeup, it's more about ensuring good hygienic habits. Where do you put on your makeup? Where do you store your makeup? Your makeup tools? And anything with sunscreen has an expiration date.
