Dear friends, winter has arrived! Even though winter has officially started last December 21, only now, after more than a month, it starts to feel heavy, at least in my part. I live in Genoa (Liguria, Italy), my region is particularly characterized by a mild climate, because the mountains protect from the cold coming from the Piemonte, and the proximity of the sea maintains a very temperate climate. But today things have changed, I came out home and saw the thermometer of the pharmacy mark 1 ° C. I decided to spend Sunday at home because this cold out, it is very uncomfortable.
