Dogs that have lots of fleas also have lazy owners...

Hello there everyone, I just had a thought. Growing up i had lots of dogs and there was one point in time that our village had a flea outbreak I mean all the dogs had fleas and it was disgusting i remembered that almost everyday for one week we would groom our dog by manually removing fleas and washing them with anti flea soap and putting anti flea powder on them ( it was natural though so it was okay or them to lick) anyway the horror of that brings me to this discussion i think flea engulfed dogs have lazy owners since, how can a person let your dog be filled with flea if not lazy right my dad before goes to work for ten hours plus an hour of commute and he still gives an hour of his time to groom our pets before, so i guess the only reason is the owner is lazy, right guys??
