One of my daughter's favorite stories below - probably because of very beautiful pictures of the book - is Hansel and Gretel. The story of two brothers in the forest makes it driven by the desire to get shudders at least once every two nights, the same happy ending.
While my daughter quiet sleep after he crossed the same journey through the colorful pages, I salt my sleep, shook the cruel story. A parent with two children left widowed and then remarried. It is, however, desperately poor, and he and his new wife was only able to put something on the table for themselves and their two children from his first marriage left. So, at some point, stepmother convinces the man to lead children into the forest and to leave them there until they reach the food because if they stay all will die of hunger. Thus, if rid of children are more likely to survive.
Woman pestered by evil - but good about the show ... - his father's mind and lead children in the forest. They know what they are ready, so take their precautions and the first time, managed to return home. The second time, but no longer figure out ...
The story we all know. Hansel and Gretel gingerbread house reached the forest, because they are smart children, escaped from the clutches of evil witch. All's well that ends well, though history begins so bad that I do not come back in amazement when I read it first.
Does the world even existed parents when they had enough food, children left their beasts of prey, as they have more? So much poverty and have been ever so little dignity as a parent, that you enjoy your babies and get rid of the burden as you eat more?
I know that from the moment you become parents, instinctively, keep all your best for your children. Do not eat before them, no matter how hungry you'd be, and that any fault of their own far more deeply hurt than hurt your suffering. As I wrap them, even if you're cold to you, as I sit her sleep before, although you need to sleep and you. And yet, existing and stories that also make you sleep shields. Stories from books. And the news stories, those with parents selling their babies. With mothers, maternity flee without newborn. Sad stories.
