pros and cons of an overstock.com membership

I was hoping I could hear from some of you that have this membership. Can you tell me whether it has been beneifical to you or not? It seems like a pretty good thing to have, especially for holiday shopping and you get things throughout the year that you need and have their "cash" saved up to use for presents. I was thinking of using it to buy towels and such I would need for an apartment, maybe some containers of sorts as well. I could get free shipping on items I needed plus their reards cash on some of the items, and it would be helpful towards future purchases. So give me your opinions.
