Dell and their impossible customer service.

Back at the end of December, my boss ordered me a laptop and cooling pad. Well, they screwed up big time and they knew it.
It took forever to get the laptop because they wanted to send it to the wrong address. And they never sent the cooling pad.
My boss called them and ordered the cooling pad. They sent it out free of charge. Again, they sent to the wrong address, and we had a hard time picking it up this morning at the courier office.
When it came in, I opened the bag and found a really small cooling pad, not even the brand I'd ordered.
I looked at it closely and commented to my boss that it wouldn't even fit my old laptop, it was too small.
We couldn't send it back to them through the courier, we were going to have to tell them that it was the wrong one and have them fix the issue.
So my boss is probably on the phone with them right now, ordering the right one, since they stupidly sent the wrong one.
I mean, seriously, how can I use a cooling pad meant for an 11" laptop on my 17" laptop? I'd really like to know this.

My husband says that Dell rhymes with Hell for a reason, and yours is a great example of that theory. Neither he nor I will ever own a Dell again!!

Customer service stinks, but the laptop is great. I haven't had a problem with my laptop yet, knock on wood.
