workout - women workout
I think for the cardio exercises, it is the same for women and men. For exercises that targets certain body parts, that is where it differs.

Hi, as your topic suggest the exercise for men and women are different. If we divide the exercise session into two, then the first part called warm-up part both men and women are doing same warm-up exercise like jogging, treadmill walking, stretching exercise,e.t.c.In the second phase called work-out phase men go for heavy weight exercise where women go for aerobics and other free exercise.

I think that when it comes to exercising, some are different and designed more for a man. This would mostly be strength exercising or weight training. Women can still do it but they would start off at a lower weight and their resistance would be lower. Just like Pilates and Yoga are more for women, some men may find the positions of a yoga or pilates pose to be uncomfortable.

There is no difference between men and women in executing the exercises. It differs only in number of repetitions and the load of strengthening devices.
