Dear Mylotters/friends- I am fine and thanks for your concern

I cannot describe the feeling of happiness upon reading a message from Mylotter and dear sis here in Mylot.
She is worried and concern about my situation regarding the latest news/earthquake that strike my country.
I know she is not concerned for me alone-but for all the Philippines-Mylotters.
The earthquake hit the central part of my country yesterday February 6,2012-11:49AM Monday-Philippine time/date.
To all my dear friends and mylotters out there who are worried,
I am fine, and wish other mylotters from the affected areas are also fine.
I haven't heard any news from Cebu-Mylotters (neildc- particularly as he lives there)
Let's pray,hope and wish other Mylotters from Cebu and Negros are fine.

I am so happy to hear that you are fine. I have been terribly worried about neildc as well as he and his family are good friends of mine. I know that his home is very close to the epicenter of this earthquake and I've seen photos of some of the worst-hit areas of the horrible devastation. I can't help but worry about everyone affected because that is my nature but I am especially concerned about those I know from that area whom I have met here in myLot.
My heart goes out to everyone who has been affected by this earthquake and hope that the emotional recovery can go forward as smoothly and quickly as possible.
If you hear from neildc, please let us know. Thanks!

My Jai sis, i am glad to hear that you are fine and even started discussion.
Although we never meet yet, but the friendship that we developed through here gives great meaning. I hope you and the other Mylotters are fine over there. Indeed, sometimes it is hard to know when the natural disaster will hit our area. All we can do is, be strong and pray for everyone everyday. Lets continue praying for everyone.

Now this is the few places were we have to keep quite and obey the orders of the Nature. I pray, we will get peace of mind and fearless life around our dear and near ones. What all we could do, we are doing and the rest is in His Hands.

Great to know that you are fine. I heard that there were parts in Luzon where it has been felt too. Here in my place, good thing that we never felt any of it. In Bacolod, where my friend is based. They are feeling the aftershock until the evening last night while I was chatting with her. I have also read a myLotter from Cebu posted a discussion yesterday, it was cearn25 and glad that they are fine too although they felt scared about the earthquake that hit their place.

There's a lot of them (Cebu-mylotters) and I am so thankful "cyk" is here and given updates about her situation and also Mobh (they are vets mylotters from Cebu- but not so much active these days)

The earthquake yesterday is really strong and it scares a lot of people here in Cebu. The tsunami alert also creates panic to many people in the city who are near in coastal areas, thanks that its just a false alarm and everybody's safe now. We are also thankful that it didn't create major damages here in our place. But I feel sad and sorry for those people in Dumaguete who lose their loved ones.
I myself also feels nervous coz the last time that I experienced an earthquake was back in 1990. But then again I am thankful that we are all safe here.
I don't hear from Neil either but for sure he and his family are safe, same with Martin(mobheimer)
