Affiliate marketing without a blog

I had been trying to find other ways to earn online and stumbled on affiliate marketing scheme. However, as I try to read some more, an affiliate needs to have her personal blog before he/she can do the marketing. Can I still do affiliate marketing with hosted blog? I mean write ups like in triond and the like? Thank you in advance for the help

Affiliate Marketing can also be done through Socail Networking Profiles. First build a List of friends on Social Network with similar interests and share such programs.

You are giving me ideas on how to do affiliate marketing in which I have limited knowledge of. I did not also imagine you can do it through social networking. However, you need to have many friends just like offline business. Thank you!

Are you thinking of doing it with social networks like Facebook? I would say, creating a separate page would be okay, a business page, instead of promoting your affiliate links on your main personal page. It's the more professional way, a better way of doing it. I have a friend, a female friend, who don't actually have a blog or website, but she's doing well selling stuffs online through a business page she has created in Facebook. You may do as well.
