Miss the nap of afternoon

Dear friends, I am writing this brief discussion to tell you something strange is happening in these last days. No argument here is that treaty is of fundamental importance, but I feel bound to express it. For almost a week it seems that my biological clock that regulates my sleep has changed. I can not do my usual nap after lunch. I know that many of you do not consider it a problem, infact is not that much. But one thing that for me is not very clear is the fact that now, at night I always fall asleep before midnight. First this thing for me was impossible.

I am fully agree with you, first, the most important one is sleeping well at night.
