WTH Twitter's new interface

Ah! Hehe. First of all, sorry for the late reply. =P I had some computer problems which prevented me from checking my mail, and it is only now that I'm starting to clean up my inbox. =P Anyway, going to the topic. Yes, I noticed the new look of twitter when I finally got back to it, too. Admittedly though, I wasn't a regular twitter user before so I don't really know the specific differences between the new one and the old one. But I did feel kind of lost with the new one. Well, like someone else said, we can't really stop sites from changing their look or upgrading or something like that. Things don't really need to be 'broken' before it is 'fixed'. But yes, we would all appreciate it much better if the features that we found useful in the old style will be retained in the new one. This is the same way I'm feeling right now with Windows - because I have Windows 7 as my operating system on my new computer, after years of using XP on my old one. Things are different and it gets frustrating when I don't find right away what was so easy to find before. But in all new things, we get used to it in time. So I expect it will be the same for twitter. In time, you will be able to get used to the new look. ... And then when they change it again, you will have a little rant like this again (maybe =P ) saying you wish they didn't change it and hope they go back to this new look because you were more used to it. Lol!

I don't really follow anybody else at Twitter because I really hate messing up my timeline. Have you tried using the Lists feature instead of directly following someone? It will allow you to organize and monitor the posts of specific people. But then again, I haven't really tested that feature on any Twitter account other my own so I may be wrong on this one.

Oh,I never noticed the changes lately. It seems sites are upgrading huh- or having new look. There is nothing wrong with it- but yes, make it friendly user too. Stumbleupon recently changed their looks. Mypage5 made a lot of change as well. Now, twitter- okay, let me check :)

Hi Just noticed it after reading you here.. Yes they having new look. It look like every sites are changing their interface. I don't use twitter much, only for sharing my content, so not know much about it..But yes if anyone making changes in such sites then they should make it more user friendly instead of making it more complicate.

I noticed that the other day. Just because they fix it, it doesn't mean that it'[s broken. We should understand why they had to change their interface. In the world of Social Networking Sites, If people get used to it, they'll be bored using it. So Twitter did that just to make some noise in the industry.
