Paris is a stunning looking city and France is the most popular country in the world. It receives more tourists than any other country does. I believe that the Czech Republic, Croatia and Hungary are less popular and less expensive. Their cities of Prague, Dubrovnik and Budapest are very worth seeing. Africa has few countries that are very popular with tourists. Travelers go to countries like Morocco, Egypt and South Africa. Less people go to countries like Equatorial Guinea and Burundi. India is very popular and many people love to visit Nepal. However not many people travel to Bangladesh and Pakistan. Which popular countries would you like to travel to? Have you ever been to a less popular country?

I hope that you and your friend will have a fantastic time in Thailand. It seems to have wonderful beaches, an exciting city and lovely hillside villages. Yes, it is so much cheaper than Europe.

I like to visit both popular and less popular countries. In Europe I have visitws the popular countries like France or Spain as well as some of the less popular countries in Eastern Europe. In Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia I met relatively few travellers, in Western Europe I met many other travellers. I think it is interesting to visit some of the less popular countries, and sometimes those countries have a lot of things to offer, but few people are have heard about them, so they get few visitors compared to the popular countries. When I visit Asia for the first time I am going to visit 4 countries: Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Many people from my country have visited Thailand, but the other countries are less popular among the travellers from my country. Many of my friends are able to give me advice about the places to visit in Thailand, because they have been there, too. I don't know any other Danes who have been to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, and my friends and relatives are interested in hearing about my experiences in those countries when I return.

I hope that you will have a fantastic time visiting Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. I have learned some countries are easier with a wheelchair than others. On my next trip I will have to be especially careful with my disabled son's poorly leg. I really love Eastern Europe and won't ever forget a laser concert in Bulgaria.

I have flown over Egypt and seen the pyramids. I hope to visit Peru a few years from now. I doubt I will ever visit Papua New Guinea.

Hi! Your discussion is really interesting. I prefer going to less popular countries. First of all, i think popular countries are fairly over rated! When I went to Paris, I was shocked. The poorer sides of paris were scary. It was not like what I had imagined. The subways were like tunnels. But the richer side of Paris is very pretty and high class. I had a terrible experience since I got rob in disney land paris. I did not expect to be robbed in such a place I have gone to Prague and all I could say was WOW. Prague has very nice architecture. Every building could be a post card LOL. Food is really delicious and it is way cheaper compared to Paris Plus, I wasn't robbed! There were free tourist guides too. You can give them some tip if you like. Happy mylotting.
