So I am working as a part time tele interviewer in a market research company and I am under a supervisor for a chinese team. At first three months, she did not call me but lately this project begins, she always call me to come to work, everyday. Last two days because of not enough sleep, I did not go to work and I call her up and told her I found a new job and only can come to work if free. Actually I am lying because she is so nagging. What can I do to stop her nagging me to come to work when I actually come to work everyday?

I don't understand you. If that's your job and your supervisor needs you then she will call you to come to work...it's your job to go. Would you really prefer her NOT to call you? Would you prefer not to go to work? Then why are you saying you work there. How many hours sleep are you getting? How many hours are you working? It sounds to be like a Princess issue.

MsTickle,
I assume this job is a flexible job so that I can adjust my own time to come to work which means no need someone to supervise me. And I heard everywhere job like this which has no basic doesn't care much about attendance. I don't know why she always acted this way, it reminds me I am on a fixed job and being tied up.

Well you could try the truth, tell her you like your job, but you still need time off to eat, sleep and get your personal chores done. The trouble with a lie is that it can come back and get you. Just by chance someone may see you, when you are said to be at your other job.

I am thinking about telling her that too, so that I can have time for myself but I scared to offend her. Anyway, Tuesday I will be coming to office to work and tell her about that. Monday I have to go to hospital for mum.

Well you can do one thing for sure: quit the job! If you find that you're not fit in that job. And start looking for the other job that's really your passion

I know that kind of feeling. When I was working in a BPO Industry, my supervisor is a nagger. She would always call my attention. I really hated her, but as time passes by I realize that it was for my own good. I did all my best to show her that I will improve and good thing after a week she didn't nag me at all. I take it as learning experience from here.
