I ran today

I was not able to run or at least jog when I joined the educational tour of our students. I think my legs have been complaining that time. So to give myself a chance to go running again, I ran yesterday. And, I also ran today. My boyfriend and I ran a longer distance today though. I am contented and we will be running again tomorrow after work.

Running is a good exercise. It is also good if you want to lose weight. I also have professor who always join running competition. He told us that i we do running or jogging every morning. It can help to avoid the rheumatism when we grow old. I do jogging every morning in a farm near here in our house. If i have extra time jog at least 3 kilometers in a morning.

I think that running is an amazing thing to do once you get started. The thing is, when you first start running, you always feel as though you can't run for more than a couple of minutes, but you find that you manage to get your fitness levels up relatively quickly if you run every couple of days. When I first started, I couldn't even make it around a quarter of our block, but now I can make half of our block, and I hope that soon I will be able to make it around the whole block and be back to my house again without having to stop at all.

I agree. The first time we started, we can only go for a few miles. Now, the farther we get, the better..

I do not like to run it seems to bother my ankles but I like walking and I usually walk quite a bit throughout my day

Good to see motivation and enjoyment with your boyfriend, it can be very healthy for a relationship to do things together and what better than to do something healthy such as running! As one with weak ankles, speed walking is the best I can do, but with an other half who is currently in Skyrim-mode (Xbox game), my exercise is a lonely one for now.
