I am a coffee lover or maybe I am addicted to coffee. My previous discussion about coffee was me being so addicted and maybe now I'll be sick without it I want to stop it ggrrrr. I woke up today early in the morning I didn't drink any coffee and I had this crazy headache. I made my self a mug (yea a mug) of cold coffee with hazelnut syrup and gradually drink it and babbooomm my headache gone whhheeww How is that? but yea it's true, my mom told me I'll sick without a couple mug of coffee for a day huhuhu

You probably needed that caffeine boost or your body probably reacted to the lack of it. It's okay to have them everyday, I think, just on a moderated amount. To be really sure, it would be better to ask about it from experts.

That headache definitely seems like it's a symptom of caffine withdrawals...Do you plan to give up coffee or not? Good luck if you do :)

Maybe it's some form of withdrawal symptom. Your body's probably reacting to the absence of caffeine it got used to each morning, and it manifested with you having headaches. SO when you drank your mug of coffee, it sort of fed your body's craving :) Some people really get irritable too without their daily dose of caffeine. Others like me become lethargic. I'm not really sure if these are coincidental but I think there's a scientific basis for this :)

Hi Beamer, I think you're right. My headache was gone after having a mug of coffee. I barely drink soda and tea which we also know that those beverages had caffeine too. I hope these are conincedental

You really like it a lot and yes, addicted to it so to speak~(^^) Some prefer coffee, some will go for tea, I have friend who like to drink soda and she can't have a day without it. To have them-coffee, soda, etc like you drink water is not good I think. A mug or two of if is fine~When you used to it you need extra determination to leave the habit~(^^)

Hi CTHanum, You're right, I was told by my mom that I have too much caffeine and coffee that's why I will have headache if I don't drink coffee. I really need to gradually lessen my coffee or stop it for good.
