Identical Twin Sisters found dead

I just read of a case of two identical twin sisters who were found dead at the age if 73 in the house they lived in together in South Tahoe, CA. They often say identical twins have a sort of mysterious tie between them. These women were inseparable and never married. When they were younger, they once sang and entertained troops in USO shows that Bing Crosby put on. Yet, later in life they became very reclusive and shunned the contact of neighbors and even childhood friends. Autopsies still need to be performed but there was no evidence of foul play in their deaths. I know of a case where the parents of someone I went to college with died within a few days of each other. In this case, the father was sickly, but the mother died first and the father died a few days later. The case of these twins dying though makes one wonder is there is a mysterious bond between identical twins or at least some identical twins. Have you ever known any identical twins. Have you ever heard of any cases of twin being so attached as these two were?

I have read and heard about this so-called mysterious tie between twins. There were so many stories about this and after hearing, reading, and/or watching them you really start to wonder if all of it is true. I guess, we can never really tell unless we're the ones in their shoes. I only know of 2 twins in my life personally but I never got to ask them about this. These twins I know live normal lives as far as I know.

There was a case on TV of two identical male twins who were separated after birth and sent to live in different foster homes. I don;t think they even knew the other existed until they were close to middle age. Despite having no contact with each other, they both married women with the same name and had similar jobs. I think they had other things in common that I don't remember. My father was one of a set of twins but they were not identical and much of their lives were different. I also grew up near a family where their were two set of non-identical twins. What made them interesting, is that one twin in each set had a resemblance similar to the father and the other twin took after the mother. The ones who resembled the father each tended to be a little wilder than the other.

The story you have just related here is one of those that I have heard about before. Things like this can really make us wonder. Wow! It is said that this is hereditary and can run in the genes, so if it's true then there's a high chance that you might have twin children or grandchildren in the future.

No surprise in California. Just today someone is my city who was 26-years-old was found gunned down. The 38-year-old woman who was in the car with him was also shot down. People do crazy things in California all of the time. I'm not trying to be cold about this, but I am just pointing out that it happens more often than you think, but it's just some of these cases get reported and some don't. I feel sorry for the victims, and for the families and friends of the victims because I know what it is right, but it is the reality of living in this state.

California is like the capital for strange and normal deaths. It really is.

I worked sort of with a pair. Actually one worked in a unit on one side of us and the other in a unit on the other side of us. They got married within a year of each other, they both had sons about a year apart, because the first child had some signs of SIDS they put the second child on a monitor. They both became pregnant about 8 months apart again and had girls. The one who had the first child quit working and was taking care of all 4 children while her sister worked.

I knew of two sets of identical twins behind me in high school and there was another set at the University of Delaware when I went there. I didn't really know any of them though.

Identical twins are different compare with siblings only. They have strong bonds and they can feel each others feelings. Try to watch the movie of Lindsay Lohan, it's about the identical twins who god separated but I just forgot the tile of the movie.

The movie was "The Parent Trap"; however, i don't think that was based on a true story.

My cousins twins are so inseparable that they both married twins; no one wanted to be separated from the other.
