Using fruits as natural skin whitening?

I have encountered so many whitening products in grocery stores promising that the customer will have whiter and fairer skin with such a small period of time. I am aware that these products have so much chemicals that may whiten your skin at first but are not environmental friendly. This is the reason why I want to turn into natural whitening. It is not only cheap but is also environment-friendly. Any fruits you know that can be used to whiten skin especially in the ankle and knee areas? Are they effective for you? Thanks!

hi,
when i was in college i always used fruits such as orange and calamansi to whiten my skin especially in my face and in my armpit too,i think it would be more effective if we will do this everyday because in me i only tried for a month though its working but i stopped.

I've read that lemon, calamansi & orange peel is effective on whitening the skin, as well as papaya, though I find it inconvenient for me to do it. Before I'd tried calamnsi on my feet, it whitens but when I stop, it stop too and it return to it's original shade.

Yes, I tried applying lemon juice every morning for my face before and it's effective. It lightened my facial skin. My friends noticed it when it lightened.

Papaya has been an ingredient in a lot of whitening products.. Citrus fruit are best for whitening too.. I hear calamsi or lemon is good.

you can try papaya, oranges and even pipino. This are effective.i tried that already.

I do not know about the ankle and knee areas seperately, but then, natural wy, papayas are the best one's which will make your skin healthier. use the papaya pack on your skin or even drinking and eating papaya juice everyday will enhance the health of your skin.
Other than that, tomato also whitens your skin easily and quickly and healthily. apply tomato on your skin after you take bath. Leave it for 10-15mins and then rinse it off your skin with lukewarm water. Your skin will be totally soft and white. You can notice the color within 1 week.
use besan with curd and apply it to your body and leave it to dry and rinse it off with lukewarm water, The tan in your skin will be off.
Apply lemon and honey mixture and rinse it off after 15mins. It will also whiten your skin.
Last but not the least, even if you are not white in color, if you have a smiling face and a good heart, then you will be the most good looking person.
