Buxp.org - A sadly reply to my support ticket.

I was a temporary banned from using the Browser Offers section of Buxp.org because I was wrongly clicked and submitted an incomplete job or a job without any proof of completion. I created a support ticket to the relevant administrator or the support team. In my support ticket, I appealed the team to allow the members to withdraw their wrongly submitted jobs within a certain reasonable period after their submission. I also admitted to the team about my fault in my earlier job submission which caused the banned of my access to this Browser Offers section. With due regret, I received a reply from the team as below: " You should be unbanned... " ha! ha! This reply did not respond to my question at all. This administrator did not answer me if he would consider to provide the withdraw feature in our job submission or not. It was really a sadly reply.
