yeah sure some might say its risky , I haven't given it a try although I have thought about it a lot . Even if its risky I think its worth the risk , can't you imagine never having to wear specs again . Well, not never some say that its not permanent so I'm not sure about how long will one be able to enjoy that . Still , even if for a limited period of time (if that is the case) one will be able to see as far as he/she wants to with his/her own eyes , with out any pesky lenses . If you require really high power lenses for your eyes then the change will be much more drastic it's gnna feel like switching the world to High Definition in an instant. So I'd say go for it!

Also In many countries you can't get a pilot's licence if you're myopic , even after getting a LASIK eye surgery , that's probably because of the whole it not being permanent thing . I think the impairment catches on just as it does to a regular eye without any treatment rather than a fixed period of time. The time it would take for it to get defected again would probably differ to a great extent from one person to another.

Yeah it's not permanent, it lasts I will say about 30 years until you reach 50 or 60 ur eye sights would change to far sighted.

I would be too frightened to have laser surgery done. That's way beyond dentists even! Do they actually tell you how many surgeries fail? How many patients are permanently blinded? I might be a coward but at least I can see that!

really? some of my friend has done that surgery, and they recover pretty good, but I just wondering maybe right now is good, but ten years later or twenty years later, how will be thier eye sight? you know.

Well that's another thing to consider. It hasn't been around long enough to know the long term results.

Hi kai0224liu, I haven't undergone any surgeries. However, I noticed that you are doing capatcha encoding online. I know most of the codes there will really strain your eyes. My only suggestion is for your to refrain yourself from putting so much efforts in these tasks. There are other better ways to make money online. And they don't even put your eyesight at risks. Xie xie! See you around. Piloncitos
