My left eye is perfectly allright and the doctor says i dont need to have any spects but still i want to increase my right eyes sight also. Is there any natural remedy or way by which i can do so.

Unfortunately, no. You can avoid stresses which can make eyesight worse, such as too much reading or lessen those hours spent in front of the computer! You can maintain your eye health using some herbs, but do not do this without consulting a chemist or your doctor.

welcome to mylot. I also felt the same way. He has to consult the doctor and take medicines if any prescribed by him for improving eye sight--such as herbs or vitamins. Regular sleep every day will help maintaining the level of eye sight.

With modernity, our lifestyle changes and causes our sight to have unhealthy habits most especially when we are dealing with technology. The best way we could do to maintain a better vision, is to take a serious discipline on putting your eyes on the monitor, we should take breaks on watching TV, doing computer, or any other visual gadgets. This in a way helps our vision to relax on its viewing of radioactive technology.
Another way to help you keep a good eye sight is to lower the brightness level of your monitor, it lets our eyes relax but don’t lower it too much that in a way you have difficulties in seeing.
Use sunglasses; although wearing such can make a fashion statement, it’s not just because of styling that we wore such. Sun Glasses helps us in protecting our sight on natural UV light.
Lastly, regular consultation to your Optometrist helps you on putting a health precaution on your eyes and its activities.

Is there any corneal opacity in right eye or any vitreous or retinal problem in that eye? If there is any corneal opacity in your right eye and if there is only perception of light and projection of rays present and if your retina is healthy, you may go for an optical keratoplasty, but there is no guarantee in recovery of vision. But if there is useful vision in that eye, no ophthalmologist will dare to suggest you for undergoing an optical keratoplasty. So please give some details about the present condition of your right eye.

jagjit:
You have told right eye is weak. What is the nature of problem identified by the doctor? is it due to short sight or long sight? In as much as the doctor has not prescribed spectacles -- you may be able to manage without one and find out from the doctor whether there are any vitamins that can be taken to improve the right eye sight.
