It was a decent movie- Hugh Dancy was charming as always.. and was cute. It was a fun watch, haven't read the book though so can't really tell if the movie adapted it well. I think it is a good film about those who are also shopaholics since it shows its bad effects. I will never own a credit card because of stories like these.

I love Hugh Dancy!!!! And, yeah, the movie was a fun watch. Loved the book better, though, because as books that get turned into movies go, there were a lot of things missing, and a lot of the scenes have been changed. Still, cute adaptation. And, yes, stay away from that plastic monster. I've been trying to pay my bills for 2 years now and I'm still a long way!

The movie was quite long, the entire book is just hard to put in a movie. Me, I rarely borrow money and am never planning on owning a credit card since i don't like to spend more than i can pay, the interest can kill too.
I hope you can pay your bills soon..

That's right - interest does kill you. It's what keeps me from paying off my debts once and for all. But, I'm learning and starting to handle my cards now. In the past, every month end, my cards would be me maxed! I hope I can pay them soon, too! I always feel sad when I pay my bills because I keep thinking I could have put that money into my savings!

I haven't read the book nor I have watched the film yet, is it worth watching? I have seen the trailer and by that I thought it would be a boring film ....
