In legalptc minimum payout amount is $0.02, but minimum withdrawal fee is $0.20!

Legalptc claims an attracting minimum payout level as a low amount of $0.02. But their minimum withdrawal fee is $0.20. It means minimum amount in account should be above$0.22 to get paid. Then, why that tricky attraction of minimum payout of $0.02? Does it hint anything about the credibility of the site?

This sounds humorous. Anyway, we cannnot blame them for this tactic. It only means they really want to get members to earn more. We should also take note that sending money has a charge and maybe we consider the .20 as a charge.
