...writing can be so draining

These past few days, I can barely do something to related to writing. I have a ton of orders to fill and basically, I have trouble keeping up. I don't mind the workload since it keeps me busy and earning but sometimes, I does feel that writing another article will drive into the door of sanity. I try as much as possible to make the job as easy and as entertaining but I feel more readily frustrated in my writing. Most of the time I hit too many blank walls and writer's blocks. Do you feel this way when you are writing?

Hi Jeanneyvonne, you sound as if you have too much work to do, and are on the edge of a burnout. I think having a schedule is important. There must be time for relaxation, such as playing with your dog, or going for a walk or window shopping. Try to have sufficient sleep, so that you can think clearly when you engage on writing again. As for motivation, try to think about the money and the things you can buy with money.

You're right. I thought that I was going to burn-out. I do have a schedule but it is still kinda hard to keep up, especially when they are conflicting actions like a new set and a revision at the same time. Every time it happens, I get a loadful of stress. I somehow manage to make it through 9thaks to a support group). And, I do try to turn off the computer and wander once in a while to keep my sanity intact. For the motivation, that's exactly almost on my mind every time.

well, if there is so much pressure, that is the time that i hit the wall of writing. at times, the pressure is self-imposed. deadlines will always be there, but the anxiety of not doing well and not meeting the expectations of the contractors. this kind of self-imposed pressure is difficult to get by and get rid. but it is accompanied in the decision to be a writer.

It;s a good idea. you can find a lot of activities in this site. just look around and interact with people. you will find your own place here. Don't be shy and be interactive. And don't forget to have fun as well.

Hiya jeanney., Aha I see that you have lots of work to do I knew you would that is so good. I don´t write that kind of thing as yet but because I am trying to learn something else it´s similar and so simple but not so easy either. So when I feel swamped with the subject I get off here and do something else to distract myself and to relax and laugh too or sing if I can if there is no one around of course. When I go back to it the subject seems more and much easier to learn. I am learning it in bits and pieces and for me it´s better that way. In other words I trying to tell you that I can only work like that when I feel swamped I get up from here and make me a drink of tea, stretch go for a small walk things like that. Keep those orders going out jeanne and rest and relax as much as you can if it takes two hours longer for you to finish anything take it as easy I think that you can write tons by the look of it.xxx

the only time i have writers block is when i am doing too much at one time. i try not to repeat myself on things so sometimes i just take a break and go out in the world and find more interesting things to talk about and then come back and ask questions about it. its too much going on in the world to have NOTHING to talk about.
