LegalPTC, we must trust, or not?

Dear fellow Mylotters, I must say that for a long time, I stopped to get involved in online revenue through PTC sites. This since I have come to get to know that 97% of the same, statistically proven, are like scamm. But today, for the first time, I wanted to try again to enter this strange world of Pay To Click. My attention has fallen on some LEGALPTC. The first impact was what I was "forced" to read all the notifications regarding the site, and this already shows a certain level of seriousness. I signed up such as simple user without any degree, that without investing a penny, before you get to blindly trust the site (Ever if in the future then I decide to do it!). After 24 clicks from user permissions standards, my balance has gone up 3c to share. Here it comes a little absurd. It would be theoretically possible to pick up to 2c, but a problem! The withdrawal fee, amounting to 20c, so in theory it is possible to make payout to 22c! This has me slightly suspicious. Now, dear friends, on the assumption that I would earn without investing anything in sites like this, I appeal to all those who know LEGALPTC, it is really worth continuing to believe that this site remains legit, or someone may already take for granted that also this PTC, after or before, becomes scamm?
