What kind of parents would put their child in a washing machine

kingparker it is really sad to read such an incident. it is not known how such a thing happened. nice that the child was saved.

Hi King, indeed it is a very pity to see such parents who punish their little child that way. I really feels very sad and cry after watching that video. I think that little child would be feeling scare whole his life. I think parents shouldn't punish their child that way although the child is very naughty. Is the child parents being sue for behaving that way?

This parent must be very cruel, they just want to kill their child, there is no question about that. Unless you want to believe they suffer from mental illness or retardation as a result of the behavior of the unruly child. One can never understand fully the action taken by some parent in the name of discipline their children nowadays.

I also saw the video and I was greatly disturbed. I was aghast with the lunatic tendencies of the person who put the child in the washing machine, in fact , I thought the child was badly chopped with the blades of the machine, good that it was not running. That was really disturbing, that person was not actually the parent of the child but just a caretaker. He should be jailed and punished for what he did, what if the machine is working and running?

Well, that's the height of stupidity and carelessness, I must say. I mean first those parents put their child in the washing machine expecting to get their child into good behavior. Don't they have sense or what. Putting a child in the washing machine is not the way to get their child into good behavior. There are other ways to teach a child how to be well mannered. But certainly not this way! I don't understand why did they panic and scream out for help. Because they should have thought that what will actually happen if they put their child in the washing machine instead of putting their child first and then later on panicking. I really don't know what kind of parents they are. First putting their child in the washing machine and then screaming! Whatever! If the attendant wouldn't have found the key, then how could have the poor child come out. I pity him! The parents should be thankful and more ashamed of doing such a silly thing.

Not funny at all. But it was in a jackie Chan movie, they put the baby in the washing machine to hide..(Rob B Hood) But doing it in real life is just insane.. What if something bad happened to the baby.. that is totally not a good way f disciplining.. I hope they learned their lesson.

Yeah! i am so sure these parents are really as stupid as they can be! Who would even be capable of thinking that this kind of a behavior is something worth harming the child... just imagine the trauma the child is put through. So what did happen to the parents? they should be locked up and put the child to child services until these parents get to their senses.

The child was no theirs. They were actually babysitting the kid. What were they thinking? No one in the right state of mind would do such thing. I'm glad the mom pressed charges against the irresponsible babysitter. Hope you rot in jail to contemplate about what you just did with the child's future.

Oh My God !!! I cryed watching this video , that was so scary , I imagin my own son trapped in that machine going around , feeling to die. That is a good example for what kind of games we can play with our kids , those parents look very young, they like to play tricks with the kid. We have to be careful with the games we play, kids are so sensitive , we can hurt them very easy , I remember my sister was playing one day with her 2 years old son and she pull his arm up , and sudenly the kid started to sream , she dislocated his arm , she had to run to the hospital to fix it. Sometimes parents dont mean to hurt their own kids , I am sure , but , we have to be more careful on that.

I would never do something like that if I had a kid, is that father an idiot to do something like that? it's carelessness from that father, if I knew that father I would kicked his a$$ for doing such a thing ....

It wasn't the parents who put the child in the washing machine, it was the babysitter and her boyfriend. They should look for another line of work as they obviously are too stupid to be responsible for the safe care of children.

There are people who put babies into microwaves and turn them on on purpose.I don't think these two fall into that category of nut. I really believe they did it as a joke. Who hasn't jokingly shut their kid in a closet for a second just fooling around? The first thing I noticed was their terror, I mean you could SEE the terror when they realized they could not open the door. You could FEEL it. The woman went running first as the father tried desperately to open the door then when she didn't come back he went running. They were both jumping up and down then when they got the door open they just took the kid and bolted. I find the one in Oregon much more suspicious. Who does laundry with the lid open? I never had a machine old or new that operated with the lid up. Why was it filled and left with the lid up? If anyone should be held responsible it should be the laundromat. I have never used one where you could not open the door. Who hasn't started a load then noticed a stray sock on the floor then opened the door while it was running and threw it in. I could see why these people thought they could open the door, I have never seen any that locked after you put the clothes in.

Wow````i can't believe there will be parents treat their children,that's too dangerous,as parents,we should protect our own child,to scare children in such a way is not desirable,so many ways to education child,way to use such a dangerous way,it is not dare to believe,i don't know how other parents think,but as a mother,i never to do that,if any accident occurs,you will regret for the rest of your life.
