"Love"..... starts from...talking????

This time, i didn't talk with my boyfriend regularly even though he lives far from me. When i have time for chat, he doesn't have and vice versa. He is so lazy to send sms or make a phone call tome. Even we was happy back after a cold war, but i have a feeling that there is a small gap between us...
The problem in here is i start chat with a guy who i know some months before. He lives in this city and we used to meet sometime with friends. This time he does chat with me a lots...when i am free.
I had happy time when talking with him and i found that he is so friendly, optimistic, and interesting... I did laugh a lots and now i miss his chat when he is busy with his work.
I know it is not the love yet, but i...can't stop doing it now. I like happy time when chatting with him...sometime i thought..oh, i won't chat with him more, but after that i still chat with him and laugh with his talks...
Am I a bad girlfriend?

Love can happen anytime, it doesn't have to start from talks. Some people will fall in love during their first meet, whereas some fall in love by the behavior of a person. You are not at all a bad girlfriend, but I suggest you bring back the happiness you had with him. If he can't find time, atleast you find time and gradually he too will find time.

Sometime i think if being like this is not good for the relationship since i am happy to talk with another guy, not with bf.
Should i talk all to him and ask him to arrange his time for me?
....but i know he may be so angry when he knows i talk with another man...

The question here is, are you feeling guilty because you know that what you are doing is not right? If not, and your intention is just plain friendship with that guy you're chatting with then you are not a bad girlfriend. If so, then you are indeed bad! And its called cheating. If you are not satisfied with your relationship to your boyfriend and that you don't love him anymore then say it to him and break up. That way, there would be less people to get hurt and you will be happy. =)
