Got a thing in the mail about a class action settlement from healthnet, my old insurance provider. I fought a number of claims tooth and nail and never got anywhere. For example, I went in for a cyst on my ovary. That was pre-authorized. When the doc got in there she had to remove the ovary. HN didn't pay because they'd only authorized removal of the cyst. So in the settlement package is a list of all the claims they underpaid on. Total for me alone was $5260.76.
