training a new girl AGAIN

my boss worked fast on this one. i actually got to train a new person today. hopefully she'll want to stay around for more than one weekend. i've got 6 weeks to get her trained and be able to get my 3days off. in 6 weeks, my husband will have 2 weekends off in a row and i want to surprise him and go camping. i'm making this my goal/reward.

I hope that this girl will work out and that you can have time off soon. I know it is frustrating when someone leaves and you end up being the one who holding the bag. I know when Randy was working he rarely got the day off from work and if he had a day off they would call him in and he had to go in because they would threaten his job or if he did not answer his phone they would get upset as well. I wish you all the best.

Good luck in your training to that girl and hopefully your trainee could pick up everything you teach easily and everything work properly.
