Article writing opportunities

Lately I have encountered at least two article writing sites who pays you to write articles, and they are iWriter and Expertscolumn.com. I haven't started writing on both of these sites but I am planning to try it in the near future and see how it goes. How about you, have you encountered or joined these two sites? Do you know some other sites where they pay you to write articles or blogs? How do you work on those sites?

I write articles and reviews for various websites. I have already cashed out $30 from Reviewstream. I write for Knoji, Expertcolumn, iwriter. I used to write for Bukisa and Triond but I stopped. Most article writing websites pay little but it is a form of passive income since you do not have to do anything else after submission. I have cashed out $5 in Expertcolumn and around $15 in Knoji.

Thanks for all these helpful information, Mashnn. Are all these sites open worldwide? I see here new ones I haven't encountered before. Which of these sites are earning you the most? Which are the easiest, and which are the hardest to earn from?

Okay I will remember that Mashnn, thanks! Anyway, why do you discourage those two sites...don't they pay?

All are open internationally. The earnings depends on how active you are on the websites. You can try all the others but I would not recommend to you Bukiss and Triond.

I haven't written for both till now. Expertscolumn account approved, but I did not start writing. Knoji is a good site and Fiverr is also worth considering. However, earnings have declined across writing sites and many experts complain about this recently. I write for Triond too, but again earnings are bit too slow.

What do you think is the reason for the decline of earnings from writing jobs? Anyway, I am also connected with Fiverr but haven't been active for several months. It's a promising site if what you offer is something that many would like to try out. Anyway, I really hope that besides mylot I can find some good writing work that could give good additional income. I will check the sites given by mylot members in this discussion. For those who contributed, thanks!

I too write for iwriter and I did get several of my articles approved. But lately I did get a setback and my star rating went down from 5 to almost 4. I am a bit hesitant now to write as I do not want my star to go down. I will no doubt write once again when I get over this writers' block.

I'm signed up with iwriter. I haven't wrote an article yet because I don't want it to get rejected. So I'm waiting until I'm able to write a really good article. I hope that you are able to have success writing. I've heard of constantcontent, demand studios and suite101 but for me those have been hard to get into. They are suppose to pay really good. I hope that you are able to get paid well for your article writing.

Well I need to improve my writing skills as well. I'm just beginning to see the potential of the writing industry online, that is why I'm inquiring a lot about it. My lack of experience might be a factor, but I think I have the potential writing abilities that only needed to be honed. If anyone of you know of any websites that helps aspiring writers to become better with the craft, please let me know. I don't know about constantcontent, demand stuidos or suite101, but I'm sure they won't fit me for now because as you said they are for advanced writers. Well maybe in the far away future when I do get better, I may take a look at these sites. Good day!

Good luck to you, subhojit. I am also hoping to find extra income in writing. Maybe I will try those which are easiest to start, if only I would know what sites they would be. Anyone?

I believe in expertscolumn, they pay per view so the more people who view your article or blog, the more money you earn. Yes in my case, mylot is so far the easiest way to earn in writing.

Well i also recently started iwriter. I did my first article and it was approved the next day. so its pretty simple. its not going to make you rich right off, but with anything, you have to work for it.

That is great,alfredricktaylor...congratulations! Anyway, concerning article writing are there some training or study on how to be a good article writer? Are there some certain rules and concepts to follow in making them, or is it simply having your own style regardless on what form write them?
