Were you ever summoned to Court?

One of my friends got summoned to court today for traffic violations. She was let off without any charges. She did not even have to pay court fees. I was very pleasantly surprised. Do you have any such experiences?

No court. i have been cought my police but left immidiately after giveing the fine. The reason court havent asked any fees to ur friend bcoz may be she must be knowing some one over there and by his influence she must be set free

No, she does not know anyone. She was driving illegally. She did not have license at that time. I was stunned that even the court fees was not asked :) But I am happy for her though.

Nevre for traffic court but I have for lots of other things you could say

But why did they not charge my friend for court fees? Do you know under what situations they charge court fees?
